Bac Giang has a lot of potential for Acecook Vietnam's raw material production area

On March 19, at the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Duong Van Thai received and worked with Chairman of the Board of Directors of Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Company (referred to as Acecook Vietnam) Kajiwara Junichi. Also attending were Vietnamese Ambassador to Japan Pham Quang Hieu, Vice Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Phan The Tuan.

Acecook Vietnam was a member of the Japanese Acecook Group operating in Vietnam since 1993, currently the leading instant noodle manufacturer in Vietnam, owning more than a dozen factories and 6 branches in Vietnam with 6,000 workers and more than 20 Japanese experts.

Acecook Vietnam's products were not only consumed in the domestic market but also reached the world, bringing the beauty of traditional Vietnamese rice flavors. Hao Hao noodle products had come to Japan, not only serving overseas Vietnamese but also Japanese people.

Here, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee congratulated Acecook Japan Group for starting a new factory in Vinh Long province (Vietnam) on March 8. Bac Giang had a large area and land to grow vegetables and fruit trees. Specially, the potato growing area - raw material for instant noodle production was also being focused on expanding. The province's industry, trade and services were also on the rise. He wished and hoped that the Group would start construction on a factory in Bac Giang in the near future.

Provincial Party Secretary Duong Van Thai informed that during the visit to Japan, the delegation would work with Japan's Aeon Group to promote the construction of a regional Aeon commercial center in Bac Giang. Besides, the demand and purchasing power of Bac Giang people was very large. For example, GO Supermarket! (in Bac Giang city) had the highest revenue growth rate in Vietnam. If Acecook Group was to invest in an instant noodle factory in Bac Giang, Bac Giang would be very ready. At the same time, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee respectfully invited Mr. Kajiwara Junichi to visit the province on an appropriate occasion.

At the reception, Ambassador Pham Quang Hieu congratulated Acecook Vietnam on its many successes when investing in Vietnam. The Ambassador expressed his excitement at being a bridge to help Bac Giang welcome the Chairman of Acecook Vietnam at the headquarters of the Vietnamese Embassy in Japan. This was a sign that the cooperative connection was being implemented strongly and effectively between Bac Giang and Acecook Vietnam.

In the coming time, Bac Giang would be a growth pole not only in the province but also in the entire region. The Ambassador advised Japanese investors to pay attention to investing in this key area. The Ambassador emphasized that the Embassy had a full range of consulting departments, ready to accompany Acecook Vietnam in expanding its noodle factory as well as other products into Bac Giang in the near future.

Chairman of Acecook Vietnam Kajiwara Junichi said that Acecook had a need to purchase a lot of agricultural products as raw materials and saw that Bac Giang had a lot of potential for raw material production areas. Acecook hoped to have more useful and complete information about Bac Giang to find out.

In addition to manufacturing in Vietnam, for many years, Acecook had maintained a Scholarship Fund for about 3 billion VND each year. Acecook also had another operating fund of about 20 billion VND/year used to pay for the Vietnamese Children's Protection Fund, natural disaster prevention, free eye examination and surgery in Vietnam (The company was sponsoring 1 Japanese doctor specializing in free eye examination and surgery in Hanoi).

The Ambassador welcomed and appreciated the Company's granting of scholarships to train people and said that Acecook's charitable activities should be widely communicated so that many people know, serving as an example for other businesses to follow.
