Industrial production value (current prices) in May 2024 was estimated to reach more than 60.7 trillion VND. Accumulatively for 5 months, it was estimated to reach more than 266 trillion VND, an increase of 26% over the same period last year, equal to 40.09% of the year's plan.

Of which, the state economic sector was estimated to reach 4,900 billion VND, an increase of 9.5%. The non-state economic sector was estimated to reach 26,969 billion VND, an increase of 14.3%. The economic sector with foreign investment was estimated at 235 trillion VND, an increase of 27.9%.

The reason for the increase in industrial production value was mainly due to a number of large enterprises in the province expanding production and operating stably such as Luxshare ICT Company; Luxshare Van Trung Company; Fukang Company. At the same time, there were a number of production industries having increased by a high proportion such as processing and manufacturing industry; electronic product manufacturing industry; food production and processing industry; apparel manufacturing industry; etc.
